Up for consideration is a vintage WWII Era Telechron 1L715 Lighted Industrial Wall Clock that appears to be in all original condition. Marked at the bottom of the clock face just under the 6 it reads Warren Telechron Co. On the back (see Photo 6) the info sticker is worn but you can still make out 1L715 and other information. Easier to see in person. Appears to be all original paint, glass, pull chain and power cord. I don’t see any cracks, chips or breaks in the protective glass cover only some rub marks from age and use. The dial face, which I’m not sure is glass, plastic or acrylic, appears to have a hairline crack that is about 8 inches long and runs from the 8 to the Telechron logo (see Photo 1). Not very noticeable in normal indoor lighting. When plugged in there is a faint humming sound but the second, minute and hour hand do not move. The original pull chain when pulled clicks nicely on and off but the internal bulbs don’t light up, if there are bulbs present, but could be they are simply burned out. Measures approximately 19 inches in diameter. Please look at the photos carefully as I’ve tried to show the wonderful condition of this item that has been stored for many years and comes from a smoke and pet free home. I will gladly answer any questions or concerns you might have. The item “Rare Telechron 1L715 Lighted Industrial Wall Clock WWII Art Deco Machine Age” is in sale since Tuesday, December 06, 2016.
